the Leafs surely are a laughing stock...the Habs just have sad management right now....somebody circle the wagons around KK...hope the Habs aren't on the verge of hurting another 1st round draft pick...the euphoria in MTL over winning (barely) the last 2 games over 2 teams worse than them....SMH

Thing is, hear me out...it's less about bad management and more about appeasing the fans. We do poorly? Pitchforks and torches. We do well? Not good enough unless we're constantly #1 and winning the Cup. I don't think it'll get better until Nashville pays out their ass for Weber to avoid the cap circumvention penalty.. We need a lot of luck, and some decent support players to protect Suzuki and Caulfield.

I think most fns are realistic, knowing you are never going to win the cup every year. Most people just want a team that competes every night, fun to watch, makes the playoffs every year and see how far that excitement will go.

I think it spontaneously grew on his face 12-24 hrs after Hanesgate. He keeps trying to shave it off, but his douchiness makes it regrow so fast, shaving is pointless.

Playing on another back-to-back with our second (or third) string goalie is no excuse. Leafs should still win handily against a vastly inferior teams. Although who knows - they thoroughly dominated the last three games and have come away with a single OT win. At some point, you need some saves! Let’s hope they get a few tonight.
